One day...

One day, you are going to meet someone who will change your life. They will sweep you off of your feet and give you everything your heart has yearned for. You know in your heart and soul that he is the one. You will spend every seeking moment together. He gives you the world, and he puts you first before anything. One day, you will begin to think about spending the rest of your life with him. You know in your mind that he is the one for you, and you love him dearly, but your heart is trying to tell you something else.

You begin to realize that this man, this guy you have entrusted with your entire life, is not the one. You are fire, and he is the rain, constantly taking away your flame. You were someone else before you met him, not anymore. You had no problems with anything, and you enjoyed life to the fullest. Then, suddenly, he came along. It was fun at first, but he overcame your spark and you became emotionally destroyed. He made you believe that you were something you could never be:a failure. You cry yourself to sleep every night because you gave everything to him, and in return, he gave you nothing. You cannot escape because you are emotionally attached to him.

He hurts you, and he is consistently breaking your heart. You cannot see past him because your attachment is still too strong. You have been blinded  by his twisted, inner soul. You feel broken, and you know he is dangerous. He is toxic, and all you can do is go with him. He always claims that he is still in love with you, but he makes you feel out of place in this world. Your friends and family encourage you to walk away, but you are always thinking that things will get better.

They will.

One day, you will find someone who makes your heart beat out of your chest. Someone who gives you goosebumps all over, until you can no longer feel a thing. Someone who puts you first, always.
Someone who makes you laugh on your worst days. Someone who will want to spend the rest of his life with you.

Be with someone you have known once upon a dream. Someone is out there. One day, when you possibly least expect it, he or she will walk through the doorway to your soul, straight into your hear, and will never leave. Someone out there will fall desperately in love with your imperfections, and your entire life, you must be patient first. And trust me, when you finally meet this person, it will be worth the wait.

 In a world where things are often dark and negativity creeps around every corner, there is always a rift in the clouds for the sun to appear. Today, we are experiencing more cloudy days than sunny. People no longer respect boundaries or treat others with respect because they do not see eye to eye with other individuals.
